Everyone does have a right to life. They can lose that right through thier own actions, much like felons losing the right to vote.

“The Right to Life Amendment”

Article 1: The right of a fetus to life will no longer be denied by the account of abortion.

Article 2: All abortion clinics and abortion facilities are herby closed from operation.

Article 3: The Congress will be given the authority to enforce, by appropriate legislation, this amendment.

Article 4: This amendment will be enacted 3 months after passage.  

This is my idea for an amendment to end abortion. We will vote on it Wednesday.

I'd suggest you change the syntax in the first section, and I scarcely think such a broad amendment could pass, at least not in Congress. If it does, I will resign from the Supreme Court, because I refuse to enforce that travesty.
