I say all but the 18th, though I'm not too wild about some of the others.

Favorably: First 10, 13th, 14th, 15th, 19th
Unfavorably: 18th, 22nd, 27th

I view the others only midly favorably, or am indifferent to them.

I view only the 2nd, 10th, 11th, 12th, 13th, 18th, 25th, 26th, and 27th favorably. I am neutral on the 3rd, 19th, 20th, and 22nd. I feel negatively about the 1st, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 14th, 15th, 16th, 17th, 21st, and 24th. I feel very negatively about the 8th, 9th, and 23rd.

I wouldn't go that far - more like authoritarian-lite. Still, I'm interested in the actual logic behind it.

I do not believe that the wording of speech is adequately stated and has been perverted and I oppose the wording that some say seperates church from the state.

Except for the church part thats exactly how how I feel about the 2nd Amendment, it has been perverted and abused. I didn't vote for it.

I voted for all the other amendments except for 9, 10, 11 and 27.

9 and 10 I have issues with but they are basically okay.

I don't remember the details of the 11th and 27th ones.

I think Prohibition was a good idea to try, since alcohol back then destroyed families since the women had no power to leave. But it certainly failed so I'm glad it was repealed.

In terms of how amendments have been interpreted (rather than the actual text), I view the following unfavorably:

5th (substantive due process), 9th (right to privacy, right to abortion), 11th (inconsistent approach to state sovereign immunity), 14th (ignoring the privileges or immunities clause, substantive due process, incorrect application of equal protection clause to redistricting)

I feel positively about the Bill of Rights, because I happen to not hate freedom. The 11th is okay; the 12th was definitely needed; the 13th is also good.

The 14th is most poorly worded piece of legislative garbage in the history of the United States, and should be repealed and re-drafted.

The 15th was a dead-letter amendment from the end of Reconstruction until the 1960s, but it's good nonetheless.

The 16th shouldn't have been needed, since there's no evidence that income taxes, from any source derived, are inherently direct.

The 17th raises some very interesting questions concerning federalism. Senators appointed by state legislatures are no doubt more likely to fight an overbearing national government. For practical reasons, however, I think the amendment was probably a good idea.

The 18th was awful. I don't know that there was any need to ask about both this and the 21st, but I'll just go ahead and say that, of course, I feel positively about the 21st.

The 19th amendment is good, though pretty pointless considering three-fourths of the states had to ratify it in the first place.

The 20th is very good; the lame-duck periods prior to its adoption were ridiculous.

The 22nd is brilliant, and if only the founders had included in the original Constitution, we wouldn't have to deal with egomaniacs named Roosevelt trying to run for unprecedented third terms.

The 23rd is awful. Give DC to Maryland.

The 24th, dealing with poll taxes, is awful, and I can't believe anyone bothered to amend the Constitution over such a minor thing.

The 25th is a blessing. One invalid president is enough.

The 26th is awful. Why federalize an issue like this over a three year difference?

The 27th has been rendered null and void. It should be outright removed from the Constitution.

The Second Amendment has not been interpreted too often by the courts (only two Supreme Court cases of marginal importance), so I did not include it. Of course, the interpretation espoused by many Congresses and state legislatures is terrible.

The Tenth Amendment is only a rule of construction. It neither adds nor subtracts from the Constitution; it does nothing but explicitly state a rule that was already in effect.

2, 18, 20, 22, 23 (DC should have more status), and 27

I really hate the 2nd amendment, honestly I believe it has no place in today's America, but I will still honor it and protect it because it exists.

The 24th, dealing with poll taxes, is awful, and I can't believe anyone bothered to amend the Constitution over such a minor thing.

Would you have had the Supreme Court make this constitutional through an activist decision? I'm thankful any time they decide to go through the amendment process no matter how minor the matter rather than taking the easy way out.

All favorable except the following:

11: Don't know enough about
12: This amendment led to decades of 3rd and 4th rate men being vice-president
16: Duh!
17: There ought to be a branch of legislature answerable to the states. However, with the rise of gerrrymandering this one doesn't bother me so much anymore
18: Duh!
22: The people should be able to choose whoever they want for president
23: DC should either be a state or part of Maryland. No wishy-washy in between business
