I don't want to look alarmist but who knows maybe it's once again the Russians who decided to hack the convention like they did in 2016 with the Democratic National Committee in an effort to derail Romney since he called Russia a geopolitical foe and since Romney is a harsh critic of Trump.

LOL

But anyway, that's now going to work, Romney is strongly popular in Utah, he saved the Olympics in Salt Lake City, he has wide business experience and has strong connections with Mormons who represent at least 70 % of the vote in Utah. So I predict Romney will get at least 65 % of the vote if not more.

No I meant Russia would have been conducting misinformation campaign against Mitt Romney like they did against Hillary Clinton.

But what I said was a joke. LOL

Extreme partisans dominate conventions, nothing new.

Yeah this isn't a big deal. The current governer (Herbert) lost the convention vote 55-45 but won the primary by like 50 points.

Then the fact that it was only 50-49 Kennedy says something

inclined to agree, but last time he went up against a Kennedy it'd didn't really work out.

But that's not the same Kennedy family.

Romney has always struggled in conventions, even in 2008 I remember he lost WV convention to Huckabee because McCain's people crossed over and voted for him to deny Romney the win.

What is the difference between a caucus and a state convention, exactly?  Like, how do you become a delegate?

Google isn't helping me here.
