Agreed, Winfield. Harding was completely awful.
Hoover and George W. Bush were also astonishingly bad, although admittedly, I have some sympathy for the former.
Reagan is vastly overrated, but was still a decent President. At any rate, he was certainly better than his opposition. Bush 41 had brilliant foreign policy, but didn't actually care about what happened with his own country.
I find Nixon to be vastly underrated and not much really happened to judge Ford, although I have a tremendous amount of respect for him.
