I voted abstain, I would humbly request it to be added into the record.

Under the circumstances  I am fine waiving the 72 hr rule to include your vote, as you were only about 2 hrs shy of the deadline and I dont see any harm in it. When I closed the votes yesterday I was initially strict with the 72 hr limit since some bills had potential votes close to a week after the 72 hrs elapsed  (IIRC 1 bill had 3 votes from the exact same seat), and I needed to get an initial tally. I will update the number.
