Richius, if this makes you feel any better, I am quite turned-off by the sight of anyone making out in public, whether it's a heterosexual or homosexual couple. Holding hands isn't bothersome, but making out for extended periods of time should be left private. I generally find heterosexual people who make out in an exaggeratedly blatant fashion and then turn around and criticise homosexual people for doing something more minor (holding hands) hypocritical and obnoxious (although I still don't fancy a gay/lesbian couple making out in public, I don't fancy a heterosexual couple making out in public, either).

I have to admit, though, sometimes I feel like doing things to cause a reaction. The only problem is dealing with the reaction. In this case, well, people evidently didn't like it when you kissed your friend, so that's too bad, though not unexpected.

Post of the effing day!

Yes, I agree.  Great to have you back, Everett.  Now, can we talk about the new color of your avatar?.....Tongue

Thank you very much, dazzleman. Smiley

My current avatar is a joke, since some other forumnites keep messing around with their colours. I'll probably return to L-MT sooner or later, but right now I seem to be moving across Canada and changing colours every time... Tongue

I don't really care if people make out in public, unless they are purposely flaunting it for all to see and being obnoxious...that gets on my nerves. But even still, if they are in love and want the world to know...good for them!

And gay people who make out/hold hands in public are obviously freedom fighters.
