Donald Trump's trade war with China as well as his tariffs on aluminium and steel seem unpopular and could hurt the economy due to a potential decrease of exports. The moreover that according to a poll released last month, 50 % of American voters oppose the tariffs while 31 % support them.

Will these tariffs have an impact in the Senate races in Midwestern states and Rust Belt states like Ohio, Indiana, West Virginia and Indiana? If yes, will Sherrod Brown's as well as Joe Manchin's support to these tariffs help or hurt them in the senate races in their states?

It looks like Trump isn't escalating the trade war so tariffs will have a minimal impact

Bunch of Democrats have already come out in favor of the Trump tariffs or have given some support. This is an issue that divides both parties.

The tariffs definitely aren't unpopular in Ohio. They also likely won't affect our elections too much, since Democratic politicians here support them.

Bradley effect here: More people than we think support the tariffs, but are silenced by the PC crowd because anti-worker globalism is all the rage now.
