2016 Primary: Rubio (probably Cruz with hindsight)
2016 General: Trump

I couldn't yet vote, but I was a Santorum supporter in 2012 who obviously supported Romney in the general.

2012 General: Johnson
2016 Primary: Clinton
2016 General: Clinton

Lol my friend Mr. Illini and I once again appear to think a bit alike. The exact same for me, plus Ron Paul in the 2012 primary.

With hindsight, it pains me that I didn't vote for Obama in 2012 Sad

I'll do the two elections I paid attention to before I could vote as well:

2012 (Age 16) -
Primary: Undecided, I wanted Jeb Bush or another Republican but was really disappointed in the Republican field that developed.
General: Obama (I was split and fought with myself over whether to support Romney or Obama, eventually I preferred Obama but I would have been fine with Romney as well)

2008 (Age 12) -
Primary: Thompson
General: McCain

I turned 18 in December 2012. Fuck the nine-month gestation period.
This is EXACTLY how I felt about the 2010 midterms.  I turned 18 in January 2011, which made me miss that election by only two months.

Same.

2004: Bush

2008: Giuliani/McCain (my presidential vote was solely based on McCain's campaign supporting the space program and the likelihood Obama would win regardless--had the polls been closer I would've voted Obama)

2008 was also the end of my Republican days as I became more aware of the open racism in the party following Obama's nomination.

2012: Huntsman/Obama (I didn't formally change my voter registration until 2013)

2016: Clinton/Clinton

side note: I was 17 in 2000 but would've gone McCain/Bush if I could've voted.

Me too. While I supported him at the time and was very happy he won, I wanted to “send a message” that I wanted better from my Democratic president. Now I regret that I did not take the opportunity I had to vote for who could possibly be the greatest president of my lifetime.

2008 Primary: Hillary Clinton (D-NY)
2008 General: Barack Obama (D-IL)
2012 Primary: Barack Obama (D-IL)
2012 General: Barack Obama (D-IL)

2016 General: Hillary Clinton (D-NY)

So the same as retromike, except I was too young to vote in 2004.
