Interesting what you can learn from this forum. I didn't know that lobsters lived in Maine, I rather thought Louisiana were famous for its lobsters.

Gulf Lobsters are kinda bland, plus the claws are a lot smaller.   Maine lobsters are to die for, they're delicious.

Louisiana is famous for the lobster's much smaller cousin, the crawfish.
