It's called defamation. You're spreading a false photo to discredit her movement and to make her look bad. That is clearly an attack.

If it was "satire" they would've let everybody know that it's a joke and it's not real.

Obviously, they are trying to make it look like Emma is tearing a replica to show that she doesn't care about constitutional rights. Of course nobody is supposed to believe that's the actual constitution. I have seen PLENTY of Twitter users spreading this photo around and trying to convince everybody that she was ripping up a replica.
