Is IL that dumb? -1 for Pritzker? How could someone view Prtizker favorably is beyond me. The one time I support a Republican is the one time they're getting blown out. Go figure.

The only positive point in this is that Pritzker is under 50 and many of the undecideds are republicans who are pissed off at Rauner funding abortions

I would probably write someone in if I lived in Illinois, but even if a significant number of Illinois Democrats think similarly, enough will hold their noses and vote for Pritzker for him to win easily (and it seems like some Republicans won’t support Rauner.)

Gov-elect JB Pritzker, as well as soon to be Gov-elect Whitmer and hopefully Gov-elect Nate Boulton and Tony Evers.

Will Governor-elect Prtizker be giving his victory speech tonight or tomorrow?

Moving from IN to IL is kind of the opposite of the norm these days, no? Sad

Wow, the one time you support a Republican and it's Bruce Rauner. That's embarrassing.

Do you hear yourself?
Are you really celebrating the fact that a challenger is kept under 50% in a race against an incumbent?

Once the voters really get to know JB, they're gonna hate him.

Definitely. The job prospects in my field are better in Chicago than they'd be in Indy, though, so here I am.

There was a reason I said "only positive point" this poll is terrible for Rauner and he'll lose unless someone comes out about Pritzker I was just trying to make the point that Ives voters will likely come home to him in the general

Would that field be education? Tongue  Asking as I most likely will try to be a HS History Teacher and want to know if I'd have better prospects here or not.

Anyway, glad to see you haven't left IL yet.

Finance/Legal. Public schools in Indiana were actually pretty good (at least when I was there).

Both candidates will end up being deeply unpopular by November.

Bruce Rauner will be Tom Corbett 2.0. Too bad the very few Republican governors I endorse are almost always losing. At least Charlie Baker is in good shape.

Yeah
Well, given that Chicago is a world city with a diverse economy compared to Indy, of course there'd be better-paying legal jobs, hahaha.
