Brisbane, Queensland

19 May 2023

Man steals $20k using magic black box.

Police believe this man can assist with their enquiries into a money printing scam. (QLD Police)

https://www.9news.com.au/national/queensland-crime-alleged-money-printing-scam-20000-dollars-stolen/667b10c8-35c2-4c03-ae12-32442381e79d

The offender had a 'black box' which he claimed could duplicate any cash placed inside. Once plugged in and locked, the box buzzed lightly. He approached 10 businesses with his idea and some of his own real and counterfeit cash.

One retailer thought it was a good idea and subsequently took out $20,000 from his bank account in March 2023 and, under the promise of doubling his money, placed all of the cash into the black box.

The offender told the man to keep the box locked and charged and he would return the next day with the key.

When the offender failed to return the following day, the victim opened the locked box and discovered $20,000 of counterfeit photocopied money in the place of his money.

Western Sydney, Australia.

Egyptian Australian Danny Zayat facing 18 domestic violence charges following the discovery of his estranged partner's dead body on or around 8pm Saturday 27 May 2023.

https://www.abc.net.au/news/2023-06-02/nsw-court-domestic-violence-man-denied-bail/102428560

Danny Zayat has been charged with a string of domestic violence offences. (ABC.net.au)

On or around 2am on Saturday 27 May, NSW Police received a distress call phoned to 000 from the victim, Tatiana Dokhotaru (pictured below). Police attended the scene 20 hours after the call was made and discovered her deceased.

Police reached her apartment block at 3am on Saturday, but could not locate her in the 297-unit complex. (Instagram)

https://www.abc.net.au/news/2023-05-28/nsw-police-start-critical-incident-inquiry-after-womans-death/102403568

In Liverpool Local Court on Friday 2 June 2023, Zayat's lawyer argued:

"The complainant is unavailable to give evidence against Mr Zayat,"

(sic) with the complainant being the deceased victim... "That obviously places the prosecution at a disadvantage."

The police prosecutor, Sergeant Wilson, told the court he was concerned Mr Zayat would be able to "interfere with witnesses" if granted bail.

He said the witnesses would testify to "a clear long cycle of violence".

"It was an abusive relationship, a coercive, controlling relationship," he said.

The Magistrate denied Mr Zayat bail.

Zayat family members became incensed in the Court when Danny was denied bail.

"Mr Zayat's supporters could be heard swearing and yelling after he was denied bail, with sheriff's officers intervening...."

Danny Zayat's brother Mark (pictured) unleashed on a Daily Mail Australia reporter on Tuesday, demanding she 'f*** off'

Marlion Pickett has been taken into custody in Perth.(AAP: Michael Dodge)

"Police said they arrested the 31-year-old over his alleged involvement with the burglaries, which occurred between December 2022 and January 2023.

He's been charged with 12 offences, including four counts of aggravated burglary, three counts of stealing, and three counts of criminal damage.

He also faces one count of attempted stealing, and one count of receiving.

Pickett is due in the Perth Magistrates Court on Monday for a bail hearing."

Marlion is best known for making his debut at age 27 for Richmond in a winning Grand Final in 2019.

Marlion has a previous history of chemical dependency to crystal methamphetamine, drug dealing and has served jail time for assault and grievous bodily harm and aggravated burglary.

If convicted of the charges, Marlion could face up to 20 years jail. Precedent would suggest a term of between 3-6 years if found guilty.

Indian man, Tarikjot Singh, has plead guilty to her murder.

"The court heard Ms Kaur experienced an "uncommon level of cruelty" after she was abducted by her ex-partner, bound with tape and cable ties, and buried alive while blindfolded and conscious at Death Rock near Hawker in the Flinders Ranges."

"It's not known when her throat was cut, it's not known when or how she got into or was placed into that burial grave and it's not known when that was dug, other than the prosecution says it had to have been while she was still alive and in preparation for her burial."

6 July 2023

Southport, Queensland

Gold Coast residents are currently looking for Bowie, a blind dog kidnapped from Southport in Queensland.

https://www.abc.net.au/news/2023-07-06/dog-stolen-in-gold-coast-burglary/102568606

Bowie the blind Australian shepherd was gone when his family came from a holiday.(Supplied: Queensland Police Service)

Amazingly, the dog was discovered on a petrol station camera in the car of the thieves:

"Mr Durman said his children were hysterical and has pleaded for the return of their beloved pet.

"Put him somewhere safe and let the public pick him up," he said.

"To do something like that shows zero regard for people's feelings."

"It's just a disgusting thing to do."

Australian's don't tolerate this crap. This will be solved.

Queensland Police said a 48-year-old Southport man has been arrested and is expected to be charged with property offences.

Mr Durman said the family was relieved.

The two children at the meal were not served the Mushroom soup. Nor did the cook have any.

Just Erin's inlaws and this is strange because Erin is separated from her husband, Simon.

Earlier this year, Simon spent 10 weeks in intensive care from a stomach illness.

It's like those TV detective shows that show you who done it and why, and you just wait for the police to figure it out to make the arrest.
