Hakan Halit Eren, of Isabella Plains, faced the ACT Magistrates Court on Monday charged with 4 counts of rape.

Perth Dentist Farzam Mehrabi has 11 additional charges added to his other alleged sexual assault charges after meeting women on an online dating site.

Jaycob Yarran, 25 on trial charged with causing grievous bodily harm and doing an act causing bodily harm.

Jaycob, from Perth, Western Australia, is alleged to have used a cigarette lighter and boiling water to burn a two year old toddler in his care, leaving her with lifelong injuries and perhaps the loss of use of her fingers.

The Prosecutor will provide expert evidence that the toddlers arms where submersed in boiling water for such a length of time that her fingernails fell off.

Diane and her partner Phillip allegedly told the 17 y.o's to 'f' off and one of the youths grabbed a concrete brick and caved her head in whilst she was sitting in the car.

She then turned to her partner and said "Phillip..." and then fell silent. Those were her last words.

She died two days later in hospital after being confirmed brain dead. The baby could not survive at only 5 months in gestation.

The deaths came in the middle of a special period designed to highlight violence against aboriginal women.

21-year-old Perth man Muhammad Abdur Rehman Mirza has been charged with murder after the body of 25 y.o.Helen Jeremy Solomon Marsuk was deposited in Fremantle Boat Harbour in Perth's west on the weekend.

The South Sudanese Perth community is in shock.
