So I was watching that MSNBC documentary on Gary Hart and it mentioned the reason Hart ran was Cuomo announced he wasn't going to. So what if Mario did run and win the nom and he picks Gary as vp to balance the ticket. Also due to Gary not running his scandal doesn't come out for some reason. How would a Cuomo/Hart ticket do aganist Bush/Quayle?
