Obamacare repeal speech in Des Moines, Iowa

Obamacare has been a disaster to this nation, it only helps to intensify a problem that the government created with excessive intervention on the healthcare industry, we need to understand that goverment intervention only causes more problems and it wouldn't be different on the healthcare industry! Obamacare only helps to increase the problem with expensive premiums and non affordable health care and I will seek to repeal Obamacare, so we can solve this problem for once and for all!

To solve the problem with healthcare, I'll seek to get government out of the issue and let the private sector take care of the problem, the government shown itself inefficient to solve it, so we will let the private sector to most of the job, and to make it easier to them to solve this, I'll repeal Obamacare and similar laws and veto every proposal to bring some second version of it to the country!

Quick note: Obamacare never got passed, as by the time he wanted to pass it Republicans already had a 54-46 majority in the Senate and a majority in the House and blocked its passing.

If any of you have questions as to what is different from OTL, you can ask in the OOC thread or PM me.

Edit: I won't count this against you, or say anything like:

"Jim DeMint goes off about imaginary health system; appears insane – is he fit to be president?"

you could just make a new speech. Wink

Bachmann's Speech About Bush and Christie Liberal Values

Recently, Mr. Bush realised an ad targeted Governor Christie's liberal values. The truth is that ad is 100% true, Governor Christie has liberal values that do not reflect the Republican party or the Tea-Party. Christie is for tax hikes, more restriction on your freedoms and more job-killing regulations that have killed this economy for the last four years under President Obama.

Still, it is hillourasly that Mr. Bush realised the ad targeting Christie's liberal values since Bush himself has many liberalists values that do not reflect the Republican party. We cannot elect either of these so-called Republicans as our nominee, we need a conservative who will cut taxes, cut government regulation and give more freedom to the people.

That is why I am running for president because I am the only true conservative in this race..

Turn Two
October 1st-October 31st

Headlines:

Movement focused on "shedding light" on income inequality, lack of democracy takes world by storm

U.S. halts UNESCO funding after Palestine vote
President Obama pulled funding for UNESCO after the UN voted to make Palestine a full member

First female candidate begins campaign for Egypt's highest office

2012 campaign tightens
After spirited campaigning, Joe Biden, Jeb Bush now no longer guaranteed the nomination

RCP Job Approval Average (President Obama):

Disapprove: 55%
Approve: 41%
Unsure: 4%

RCP National Average:

Generic Republican: 45%
Generic Democrat: 40%
Michael Bloomberg (I): 4%
Undecided: 11%

RCP Republican Average:

Jeb Bush: 21%
Chris Christie: 19%
Mike Huckabee: 15%
Rudy Guiliani: 12%
Jim DeMint: 11%
Michelle Bachmann: 8%
Donald Trump: 7%
Adam Carolla: 3%
Undecided: 4%

After a spirited month of campaigning, the race for the Republican nomination has now tightened, with the former three groups vying for the nomination now melded into one, with Jeb Bush now only holding a 2 percent edge over his closest opponent, Chris Christie. Both were marginally damaged by Bush's ad attacking Christie's "liberal" values; with Christie taking the hit for perceived liberalism and Bush being attacked for hypocrisy.

Just behind Bush and Christie is a group of credible threats to Bush and Christie, with Huckabee, which is now at 15 percent in the average after a good month of campaigning, leading the pack. Just behind Huckabee are Guiliani, DeMint, and Bachmann, three candidates who started off September with modest rankings in the average and leave with healthy totals of 12, 11, and 8 percent respectively after passionate campaigns from each of the three candidates.

Behind Bachmann is Donald Trump, who was originally rumored to be a credible contender for frontrunner; however, he marginally damaged his campaigns after a series of attacks he waged on other candidates, namely Carolla, who may have marginally benefited from the attacks. While the race for the Republican nomination is now all but a toss-up, one thing is for certain: this race is shaping up to be a long and competitive race.

RCP Democratic Average:

Joe Biden: 39%
Michelle Obama: 37%
Russ Feingold: 11%
Phil Bredesen: 5%
Undecided: 8%

In the Democratic field, not much initially appears to have changed from September; however, a closer look at the details reveals there has been a significant shift in the race for the nomination, but not quite enough to register in the total.

There is no longer a clear frontrunner for the nomination, with Obama's barrage of campaigning boosting her in reach of Biden, with 37 percent of the vote, up two percent from last months' poll. However, a more interesting figure: Feingold and Bredesen are starting to cut into Biden and Obama's totals respectively across the nation. While currently not apparent in the national polling, over the next few weeks, state polling may reveal that these two wildcards may prove to serve as challenges to the path to the nomination.

Additionally, internal Democratic polling reveals there to be a significant gap in enthusiasm for the two leading the pack, with Obama's supporters quite a bit more enthusiastic than Biden's after a month of campaigning. While this may or may not serve as a factor in the end result, if not addressed, this could affect the vitality of Biden's path to the nomination.

Endorsements:

Biden: Jeanne Shaheen, Tom Harkin
Bredesen: Blanche Lincoln, Karl Dean
Feingold: Sherrod Brown, Barbara Boxer
Obama: Tom Vilsack, Dave Lobesack

Bachmann: Carly Fiorina, Kristi Noem
Bush: Nikki Haley, Kelly Ayotte
Carolla: Arnold Schwarzenegger, Ron Paul
Christie: Nancy Reagan, Mitt Romney
DeMint: Tim Scott, Jim DeMint
Giuliani: George Pataki, David Vitter
Huckabee: Marco Rubio, Chuck Norris
Trump: Orrin Hatch, Kid Rock

Bloomberg: Joe Lieberman, Olympia Snowe

Moderator's notes: This turn will last until Thursday night, at 11:59:59 PM CDT. Make sure to PM me ASAP if you need an extension, preferably after you read this sentence.

There will be a debate during this turn, posted right after this post and state polling.

You are allowed two endorsements per turn, so make sure to PM me your endorsements so that I can approve of them, and endorsements are first-come, first-serve.

This turn will last the month of October. Make sure to schedule your campaign accordingly.

A schedule is required. You can post 20 speeches or no speeches, but what is required for you to post is your schedule. It doesn't have to be detailed, just give me a short description of each day's (or week's) events.

Advertisements: if you poll more than 15% nationally, you may run two advertisements. If you poll between 10% and 15%, you may run one advertisement, and if you poll below 10%, build up your campaign so that next round you can have a shot at running advertisements!

(Nationally: ad thresholds are 5% for one ad, and 7.5% for two.)

TRUMP DEBATE ANSWERS

Question 1: After this highly divisive primary contest, which direction will you take the Republican Party to make it more prepared to win the 2012 Presidential Election?
“That’s a great question! It really is. Listen, John McCain was a bad candidate. Okay? He was. If nominated, which I will be, I will be able to bring all Republicans together, to get them to vote. I make great deals, and I think the American people will realize this. Low Energy Jeb can’t turn out the base!”

Question 2: As you all know, in 2009, a recession occurred that crippled America's economy, what would you propose to help pull America's economy back up and get it moving again?
“First of all, we will be implementing tariffs for countries that want to trade with us. We will bring businesses back to America by taxing them for every product shipped over here. There will be a 25% across the board tax cut. And also, and believe me when I say this, we will not be so dependent on China!”

Question 3: President Obama, according to Republicans, has allowed the Libyan Civil War to rage as well as allowing Osama Bin Laden to continue leading Al-Qaeda unabated, what do you believe the United States should do to respond to threats abroad, and how should we try to work with our Allies to deal with Al-Qaeda and other terror organizations?
“Listen, first I’d like to say, President Obama has been a huge failure. I warned about him 4 years ago. I think that first of all, we shouldn’t take any refugees. Second, we should threaten with military force. A strong Military leads to a strong country. We need to do everything to prevent Al Quaeda, which Barack Obama is the Leader of, from harming our people. We have the best people.”

To Mr. Trump: Mr. Trump, there appears to be persistent confusion as to where you stand in ideological terms. Some brand you a conservative in the style of the Tea Party, others point to your past support for Democrats to brand your as a Northeastern moderate. Which is the more accurate version?
“Okay, okay, listen. I am a conservative. I am a Republican and I’m proud of it. People are branding me as a moderate? Do you forget that Governor Bush supports illegal immigrants? My conservative credentials are without question and I think people are just saying this stuff because they can’t handle the truth.”

Closing statement
“America, you look at this stage tonight. Who do you see? Low Energy Jeb? Atheist Adam Carolla? Jim Dimwit? Michele B*tchmann? But you also see someone who will stand up for you. You see a true conservative, who wants this country to prosper. America, you have a choice to make. I love you all! God bless you, God bless the USA, and MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!”

Michelle Obama at the First Democratic Presidential Debate

I'm honored to be here in lovely Hillsborough county, in picturesque Goffstown and Saint Anslem College. I'm also honored to share the stage with Governor Bredesen, Vice President Biden, and Senator Feingold, all of whom I believe are more than worthy adversaries. Regardless of who wins tonight's debate, the New Hampshire primary, or the nomination, I promise to support the Democratic candidate wholeheartedly throughout the general election, and I believe everyone on this stage shares that sentiment.

When President Obama's Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act failed in in the Senate, it was a blow to all of us with dreams for an America where everyone has access to a doctor, treatment, and medicine. However, I was raised with the belief that not only you learn from your mistakes, you learn from your successes as well. So, no, I don't believe the next Democratic president should pass "Obamacare", as you've called it, because I believe she, or he, (coyly) should look further – to bigger ideas, to a plan that helps more people, not to a, frankly, half-measure in an attempt to compromise with Republicans.

It's why I've spoken about my healthcare plan during my campaign stops across the country. I know that millions of American families simply cannot wait on cautious, measured steps to alleviate their woes. Families around the country, from housing projects in the Bronx to cornfields in Iowa, from coal mining communities in West Virginia to steel towns in Pennsylvania, are struggling right now to find enough money in their budget to afford healthcare. The Affordable Care Act, in its current state, would not make it easy or affordable enough for these families.

Instead of the Affordable Care Act, the best plan is a single-payer healthcare system. In fact, we've already got one in place – Medicare – but it's time we make it universal. We'd be like every other industrialized country. Our country already spends billions, trillions even, on healthcare, yet we lag behind these other countries in accessibility, quality, affordability, speed, and reliability of healthcare. It's time for us to revolutionize healthcare, as it is a human right, and to expand Medicare to each resident of America, replacing employer-benefitted insurance and other private insurance and ensuring that every American is able to see a doctor and receive treatment. No longer can we allow thousands to die because they had to make a choice between food or rent and getting the care they need.

Barack Obama, my husband, won the presidency in 2008 not because he promised half-measures and compromise. He won because he proposed big ideas, and Americans agree with these big ideas. Why should we compromise away from our, and Americans', desired policy? As President, I promise that no American will go without healthcare – because it is the only morally right thing to do.

To pull our country out of the recession, I propose a two-pronged plan.

First, in the short term, I believe we should look back at President Franklin D. Roosevelt's jobs creation program. In times of recession, such as these, the government needs to step in, because clearly the market does not have the strength to bring itself back to the pre-recession period. Millions of Americans, most especially those belonging to communities of color or without higher education, are unemployed without any prospect of landing a stable, long-term, well-paying job. Like FDR's programs, we must create jobs for them to do – and by G-d, there are a lot of things that need fixing. Government childcare programs, for example, can take a significant load off of both currently employed and unemployed. Childcare costs are exorbitant, and are often holding families back from seeking jobs – providing will allow families to save more of their money, as well as provide thousands of jobs. Another important factor of my jobs plan includes jobs in construction, improving infrastructure in urban areas, conservation projects in rural areas, as well as lower-level healthcare work, such as elder care. All of these will improve the quality of life around our country, and provide a well-earned paycheck to millions of currently unemployed Americans, allowing them to reinvest in their communities by spending their earnings at local stores and services, overall leading our economy on a rapid path to recovery.

Demos, a think tank, has outlined how this would be more effective than tax cuts, bring about results more rapidly, and help the economy recover by providing the services needed to allow companies to expand.

In the long-term, as more and more Americans move out of the jobs program into permanent, stable jobs, we need to remember to invest in education. Unemployment in recessions much more intensely affects those without a college or high school degree. In South Carolina, I laid out a plan to increase access to financial aid for students coming from struggling families. In addition, college students of all backgrounds should be able to receive financial support if they agree to teach in their community after graduating, allowing them to share their knowledge with the next generation. Education, both public and post-secondary, is an investment that pays dividends.

Through the long run, a better-educated workforce is more productive and earns higher salaries, bringing more money into the economy through spending, and continuing to improve the state of our economy.

We need bold solutions to fix our economy both in the short-term and the long-term, and I am the only candidate ready to propose those bold solutions.

I've constantly spoken about the need for big, bold ideas. That is the direction the Democrats need to take - to stick to their guns when it comes to policy. Most Americans agree with our goals – regulating Wall Street, providing universal healthcare, supporting unions – and we should not compromise on those. Dozens of Democratic congressmen and women lost in 2010 because they were wishy-washy, because they were inauthentic and compromised on all the wrong issues. In order to win, we need to represent the country as a whole. We need to be authentic. We need to have bold solutions to issues America faces.

I've constantly hit on my platform throughout my campaign. I've received crowds of applause and cheers. I know that the Democrats' beliefs are popular. And so I know that I am the right candidate because I am just that – unabashedly, wholeheartedly a Democrat. I don't need to compromise on my core values, like so many other candidates, because I know it is right for America and America knows it is right for her.

Thank you for this question. While I greatly respect Vice President Biden, I believe voters should look to me because I have not been afraid to call for the monumental and necessary changes in policy. I've not only promised hope and change, I've promised specific, detailed plans. The Vice President has been incredibly vague in his campaigning, never proposing any specific policy – and I'm afraid it's because he believes that if he does that, he'd be able to easily flip-flop during the general election to pick up whichever voters he's trying to appeal to that day. Well, guess what? That strategy didn't work in 2004, because no one wanted to vote for who many saw as a flip-flopper.

What strategy did work? My husband's – of fresh ideas and bold commitment to them. I believe I am the better candidate because I am not afraid to defend my policy proposals. Democrats deserve a brave leader, not a flip-flopper.

Viewers, Democrats, Americans, I'm standing here because I believe that we, as a nation, can do so much better than unsatisfactory half-measures and incomplete solutions. We must be bold, we must be brave, and most importantly, we must be unafraid to defend our values and whatever policy stems from them.

I have a bold plan for us, America. I hope you will join me on this journey to help our economy recover, to help our students and teachers, to help all families who need healthcare and can't afford it, to help move our country in the right direction. Thank you, and good night!

- Mayor, your political views have been increasingly criticized by the mainstream Republican base as "too moderate". How can you assure the party that you will be the best representation of the GOP's views in the general election?

Bredesen First Democratic Debate answers

Quote

"I don't think Obamacare would fare to well in any sense. As it currently stands, not many will take it immediately. My opponents may claim that they have the perfect idea to reform Healthcare but I owned a company that I started on my kitchen counter and within a few years, it had 9000 employees and I was able to sell it on the stock market. That company is known as HealthAmerica Corporation. For my own plan, I want to do the same I did for Tenncare when I became Governor:

1. Tighten Up Eligibility - improve the verification process & deter fraud

2. Reform Benefits Package - tailor benefits based on funding levels

3. Toughen Regulation - bring in experienced regulators who know how to make sure managed care organizations (MCOs) are doing things right

These ideas may be more Republican-ite in nature but that's how we may get it passed in a Bi-Partisan way. No more games of Political gotcha. It's time we reform and start focusing on how we as Americans, not democrats or Republicans, can we together to make this country stronger.

"The answer to this is simple: We need to give Tax Cuts to everyone. a 20% Tax rate for the lower classes, a 24% tax rate for the middle classes and a 28% tax rate for the upper classes. Finally, I want to lower the corporate tax rate to at least 25%. This will promote the idea of prosperity and bring companies into this country from China, which will allow for the recession to end and our Nation begin to get on the path to prosperity. It may be a long and tough road but eventually, we will get there."

"I want to take this party down the road of centrism again. We are slowly being driven to the left and I fear we may one day becoming an equivalent of a socialist party, something I don't want. I'm sure many others won't want it as well. Centrism means we can get across party lines and get the job done and if you ask me, that's what this party needs. NO more partisan games, just getting the job done for the citizens of this country."

Quote

"Before I answer this question, I want to give some of my own. Was John F. Kennedy to Conservative for many? Was Bill Clinton too conservative for many? Kennedy and Clinton's ideas are ideas that are either centrist or would be considered too conservative for today's Democratic party,
yet they are seen as some of the best Democratic presidents we ever had. I may seem too conservative but in reality, I'm a centrist and that's what this country needs again. A centrist can make sure that this party into the dark abyss of socialism and a centrist can be able to get the job done..
"

"We are at a crossroads, the Democratic Party and our nation at large. If a time for Centrism was ever needed, it is now. A republican controlled Congress threatens to block any legislation that a Democratic president gives and vice versa. That is the way of Partisanship, which ruins this country and deepens the divide. It's time for Bi-partisanship and Centrism once again. I promise, If I get the nomination, I will fight for all Americans. As President Obama said at the 2004 Democratic National Convention: There is no Republican America, or Democrat America, or Liberal America, or Conservative America, or Black America, or White America, or Hispanic America, there is just America!"

Carolla debate answers

1.Question 1: After this highly divisive primary contest, which direction will you take the Republican Party to make it more prepared to win the 2012 Presidential Election?

Well we need to go back to the drawling board and look at what went right and what went wrong.
Well first off we nominated someone who was the same as a sitting unpopular president and a very burning running mate.

We need another conservative style revolution in this party like what happened 30 years ago. We need to go back to embracing free market and limited goverment values not push the same crony capitalism the Dems are pushing. We also need to know and push the fact that yes taxation is theft and that we are gone too overboard with the whole tax thing.

Whille at the same time try to win votes of the younger generations such as Gen X and Millineals most of which will be voting for the first time this year. We need a new generation of young people who embrace free enterprise values and says that the people not the government run this country.

And I feel by nominating like me with a someone of a Reagan like past that whole goal can be accomplished.

2.Its simple whille the Democrats and the establishment in DC push for more and more government and more and more taxes and regulations.  Whille the hard working people in the middle get hammered and hammered.

You look athe economic plans of the Democrats and it’s practically same as it ever was. Biden and Michele Obama are pushing the same big goverment deals, High taxes more job killing regulations and more bad trade deals.

If I took control of this party then we should go back to what made us famous. And I am proposing just that. My tax plan will cut all hidden taxes and fees that you don’t even know about and that you don’t even know you paid. I am proposing a flat tax plan that will make paying your taxes as simple as 1 2 3.  I plan  on making big tax cuts in the income, estate, capital gains, death tax, taxes on Healthcare like AMT and of course the corporate tax rate that will make us more competitive in global market in trade and will give big boosts to small businesses.

I also plan on abolishing the IRS which I find to be one of the most unconstitutional things in Amercia today. I also plan on gutting the federal Reserve and plan on bringing back the Gold Standard.

3.Well we need to keep a eye on who we are arming in the Middle East and as for Libya I am not just gonna sit there and let the CIA install a puppet dictator in there and do nothing. I am not going to put my country in another pointless war!!!  We need to keep our eyes on the main thing in Foreign policy that being where Osama BinLaden is. I think we should work with people who have proven to know that they are into friends to the US and not some group we don’t know about and may have well connected links to Al Qaeda.

4.Personal Question:
Well I understand what they are feeling like right now however I think you should look past my Hollywood and celebrity past which mind you is not near close to most of the Hollywood lefties today and you will see that my ideas are very capable in this party especially in a time where this party needs a new identity.

I’m not someone who didn’t have to work a day in his life like a certain someone else and I grew up poor and never thought I was going to be where I am today.  I had to switch homes and actually had to do the work rather than my parents.  I think that’s what you want if you want to win the working class.

5.Thank you for letting me be out here today to the state of Iowa and the Republican party and of course you guys at Fox News. Thank you for letting stand out here today and give you me plans and my platform for all the country out to hear and think about.  Thank you and have a good night.

October 6th, 2011: Michael Bloomberg Giving a Speech in Tampa, Hillsborough County, Florida.

Hello Ladies and Gentlemen of Tampa Bay!  Today I want to talk to you all about Angus's and My message on the Economy.  As you all know, in 2009 America went into a recession, due to Banks being loose with their loans over the past few years.  Many people blame the President, Me, I blame the President for not responding to this in the way he should have.  What he should have done, is worked with Republicans to reform Banking Regulations to stop Banks from giving out loans to people who can't pay them back, that is what I promise to do.  I will pursue legislation to make Banks more accountable, and to stop them from possibly dooming our economy again.  In order to help America recover however, I believe we need to do two things.  First, we need to lower taxes on small businesses and lower and middle class Americans, in order to give Small businesses a greater ability to expand, and giving Lower and Middle Class Americans more money per paycheck so they can buy more goods for themselves and get our economy moving again.  The Second thing we need to do is increase investment in Infrastructure and do Public Works projects.  By doing this we can use Tax Dollars to rebuild our infrastructure as well as give Americans Jobs when they most need them, now.  In order to finance this, and make the Economy fair, we will increase taxes on the highest earners, as well as close any loopholes that corporations are using in order to avoid paying taxes.  In conclusion, Our promise to you is that we'll fight for a fairer Tax System for average Americans, and to rebuild our Infrastructure now!

Thank you for your time Tampa, and God Bless the great state of Florida and The United States of America!

Bachmann-"We need to energize the Republican party and we won't do it with another moderate Republican. We will be able to do it when we nominate a Tea-Party conservative who represents the values of the majority of the Republican Party.

That is why I am running for president because I feel I am the only true Tea-Party conservative in this race. As your nominee, I will win in November and in January we will start to cut taxes, shrink government and cut job-killing regulations."

Bachmann-"Barack Obama promised us hope and change four years ago, I and the rest of the United States are still waiting for change. Obama has been a failed president and the only thing he can show for what he did for the last four years was a pile of job-killing regulations hurting thousands of small business across the United States.

As president, I am going to cut taxes and cut regulations so our business doesn't get weighed down by stupid burdensome government regulations. When I am president I promise you that 80% of business will not fail in the first year due to too much government!"

Bachmann-"For the last four years, President Obama has been on an apology tour through the middle east. We don't need to apologize to the middle east, we need to take a harsh stance against the middle east so what happened on 9/11 never happens again.

I will never apologize to our enemies, I am going to work with our allies in the middle east so we can take down the terrorist before they can strike. We will do this through our intelligence programs and increased military presence. With this, the terrorist overseas will never kill another American or take our god given rights away!"

We did it by nominating Tea-Party conservative like myself and then we won because America wanted somebody who will stand with their values, somebody who would cut taxes and somebody who advance the conservative agenda.

America, after winning a conservative House and Senate, is now wanting a conservative president like me. I am sorry the Republican and Democrat Elites who have worked in Washington their whole lives can't see that."

Bachmann-"I prove that you can be both a conservative and be a woman! I can win in November and break the glass ceiling but I need your help, Please when it comes time to primary, vote for Michele Bachmann. I, as president, will bring conservative values back and heal this economy. I promise you that and I always keep my promises unlike the rest of the politicians in Washington"

Jeb Bush's debate answers

Quote
You must be logged in to read this quote.
Personally, I see myself as the greatest uniter of the Republican party. I have appealed to conservative and swing voters alike in the past, and I would use this to my advantage to win the election for our future. Our past three Republican nominees have been great, we just need to appeal to more people voters, and I'm the guy to do it.

In response to Mr. Trump, your disrespect in general, to Senator McCain, to Mr. Carolla, and to myself as for anyone you attack in the future should not be tolerated by anyone in this room. Not the candidates, not the moderators, and not the American people. Your temperament should not be in the White House.

Yes, I agree wholeheartedly with the sentiment of our party, President Obama has made awful decisions in terms of our economy, now millions are out of jobs. As President, as I've said, I would implement a similar plan to what I did for Florida's economy. We would reduce taxes for all Americans, as well as create new jobs for millions of Americans.

Quote

That's a very good question. The actions, or lack thereof, of President Obama on Islamic terrorism, is unacceptable by all stretches of the imagination. We here in the United States should pursue justice for the actions taken by Al-Queda and the scumbags that lead it. I believe that we should be working with our allies to, first off, get the wars we've already started over with, and second of all, improve background checks and national security in order to stop these madmen from getting into our great country.

Quote

First of all, let it be known that I am my own man. Our ideologies are similar, but that doesn't mean I agree on everything he has done. My brother's education plan had its flaws, which were further crippled by our incumbent President. As president, I would put that on my agenda as one thing to fix. Secondly, the 2003 decision to go into Iraq was shortsighted, after we got signs that Bin Laden wasn't there, we should've pulled out. Now we're still in the mess we have today. We need to bring our children home from this war.

Now, on the other hand, I do agree with him that it was a good decision to go into Afghanistan to find him. It was and is known that the Al-Queda operate there, and I believe that we can get more leads into where Bin Laden is continuing to occupy Afghanistan. Finally, when it comes to something like our economic plans, I would run the United States' economy like I did in Florida, which isn't much different, but clearly, it was effective.

As Governor, I have made my successes apparent. President Obama has been a failure in every way possible. He has destroyed the working class at home and let terrorists go free abroad. As Governor, I have proven myself a true reformer and unifier. We will go to the White House and we will go to work for the American people! Thank you!

Arnold Schwarzenegger endorses Adam Carolla

There is one voice I think in this election that can be a bipartisan force and will rather listen to the people rather than the politicians that is Adam Carolla.

He is a different kind of Republican. He is the man we need in Washington. He will terminate bias parstianship in D.C and will help fix our broken electoral system to make sure that no gettymarring goes around.
He will cut unnecessary taxes and regulations in the economy like I did when I was Govenor of Cailforina.

Thank you!!

Adam Carolla campaign ad
A Different Kind Of Tax Plan (A campaign ad that ran in all 50 states

Hi I’m Adam Carolla you may know me as just another comedian. However I am just more than I am a fighter and a father and a proud Amercian.

I don’t just say stuff to get votes or to gain popularity I speak from the heart and I think that’s what America wants for a president.

I know some of my ideas may not be with you at first glance. However if you take your time and look at it I think you will find your self  in conclusion to agree with them.

As President I will cut everything single unnecessary regulations and taxes on America people and reform our tax code that will favor hard working Americans.

As a matter of fact here are all the taxes that will be cut. *Carolla holds out a long piece of paper and tears it up bit by bit*

I will replace the IRS with a constitutional 15-20% flat tax and make filling out your taxes way easier.

I will balance the budget and recuse the wasteful amount of spending that goes on in Washington and settle that with a balence budget amendment that will set limits on how the government can spend on things.

You might be wonder to yourself. How popular is this?  Well a study at the National tax foundation agree with me that this will create 2 million new jobs and will create economic growth for quite some time.
However I am not running for their approval im running for this country’s

This all and all is just part of the plan to defeat the Washington machine.

It will shake up Washington and Wall Street no doubt.

And they should fear if this happens

I’m Adam Carolla and I approve this message.
