Does Morganelli support universal healthcare, protecting SS/Medicare, supporting unions? If so then what makes him that more different than Conor Lamb?

Isn't he more overtly anti-immigration?

Also, Scone lost to Lamb narrowly, does he deserve another chance?

Also looks like Fetterman has this. Wagner too.

Is there still any chance for Morganelli to lose?

Also, who the hell is Lazer?

Rick Lazer is the Philadelphia Deputy Mayor for Labor.  Most of this district is not in the city of Philadelphia.

Morganelli is what Republicans pretended Conor Lamb was (but only after he won, as before that he was San Francisco Pelosi commie): A Trump supporting xenophobic homophobic right winger.

In PA01, we have Wallace taking the lead for the dems, but this has been narrowing and expanding all night. I suspect there are regional factors at play in the precincts, so no call should be made there.

He's also anti-abortion.

I would agree with this assessment.

What was the issue with Stack, anyway?

Also, is Kathy Cozzone essentially a favorite son for Chester County?

Yes. She is a county commissioner there.

Saccone likely loses because he lives in Doyle's district.

The Republican primary for PA-07 is also very close.

Nothstein is probably the more electable Republican.  Browning is a hardline 'no compromise' type.

Morganelli is more supportive of Trump than many Republicans are, lol. How is that not bad?

Wait, I just started looking at this...

Ashford's primary was contested?!

Unfortunately, yes.

He deserved an uncontested primary.

My view is that if you lose re-election narrowly in an unfavorable year, you deserve another chance.

He needs to get his act together in terms of campaigning. Heard he got complacent coming into today.
I’ve heard that before in regards to Ashford, and not just in primaries either.

Morganelli would have been a stomach-able candidate for the old lines of PA-7. The new district is much further to the left than before. Hopefully Wild can pull it out as I think she is more electable (because she seems to be less gaff-suspectible) than Edwards, but just as progressive.

Virtually all Republicans are supportive of Trump, so I hardly see how that could be the case.

It is kind of odd in Pennsylvania how many of the early results have been overturned.  Even Mike Stack led in the early going.  I don't know if I've ever seen a primary with so many meaningless early results.

Edit to add: well, not all overturned, but also very wide leads that got much closer.

It's interesting how differently people treat Ojeda and Morganelli despite their similar views.

Ojeda is in a much more conservative district. We have to accept candidates like him there.
