Please refrain from bumping. As a suggestion, perhaps it would be wiser to limit the game to overall theaters of the war (for example, the Union/Confederacy Generals for Virginia/Potomac (2), Tennessee/Missouri (2) and possibly the West) plus Lincoln and Davis, so a small player base can sustain the game.

I'll maybe remove a few generals and the European Characters except Maximilian and Napoleon III (both are very important for obvious reasons)

Britain would also seem kinda important too, since there were rumors about them possibly joining the Civil War on the Confederate side as well.

Also, Lumine I apologize for bumping, will not happen again.

Shorter Character list. Only foreign Characters possible is Napoleon III, Maximilian von Hapsburg and Queen Victoria I.

I am also creating the Theatre rule. Now, if you join as a CSA or USA General, you'll have to state which theater you'll be in (East, West, Arkansas-Missouri, Indian-Kansas, and the New Mexico Theatre)
