Have you seen or intend to see the movie I, Tonya starring Margot Robbie? If so, what is your brief review?

I have. Hardly a cinematic masterpiece that will go down in history, but enjoyable since I love Tonya. I had just watched "The Price of Gold" 2 weeks before it.

Saw it in Gold Class with my girlfriend. We paid $130 for the privilege.

Awesome film. A really interesting look at a series of events which you actually thought you knew, but you actually know very little about.

It has a great soundtrack.

Yeah, though I only really saw it because of the awards buzz, and I was sent a screener. Otherwise, I probably wouldn't have bothered to see it in theaters, and would have waited to rent it.

I didn't like it as much as everyone else. The performances are great, but my problem is that the script feels way more glib than it really should be. When the movie lectures the audience about how they were all complicit in turning Tonya Harding into a media punchline, it doesn't track because it's also been playing the whole thing as a farce.

Not yet but I plan to see it.  Her husband plotted that whole attack and had her framed.  It's a good example of what happens when you go against gender norms in this society.
