Nagin will not run, Blanco will not win if she even does run simply because I doubt that either of the three officials will come out of this electable to any office. Remember that she only defeated a Republican by four points even after pulling out every trick in the book. It's doubtful she could defeat even a mediocre Republican in 2007.
