You always hear on the news about the number of flu cases in an area. For example, on our local news you always hear "Greenville county leads the state in number of flu cases." Of course it does, it's the most populous county in the state. Wouldn't it make much more sense to use a per capita rate to determine which counties are most flu prone? State your thoughts.
