Also, an important note: an endorsement from this organization in no way implies an endorsement from its chair.

But aren't you the only member of this organization?

As of now, yes, but I do them independently.

For instance, if there's a candidate who is very civil libertarian, but who I disagree with heavily on fiscal policy, I might have the org endorse them but not do it personally.

(Also I'm going to open up membership by the end of January)
Ok, makes sense.

As you all know, the voting period is beginning for the Southern regional elections. While the CLCRAA would normally have endorsed several candidates several days prior, we have not yet released pledges or held forums for candidates to discuss issues, meaning we have no information to gauge non-incumbents with. Because of this, the CLCRAA is not doing a full slate of endorsements.

However, we are making one substantial exception: The CLCRAA endorses Mr. Reactionary for reelection to the Southern Chamber of Delegates. Mr. Reactionary is not only an unequivocal defender of civil liberties, but also an extremely effective legislator, and for this reason, the organization feels this endorsement is warranted.

Temporarily on hold because I've been busier than expected this last month or so.
