Other than Romania, what other countries could feasibly be allowed? I might want to play from the start after all.

I prefer to do this now when there's time, I won't be playing (at least from the start). Classes begin tomorrow and potentially I'll start working within the coming days, so I won't have the time (and may even have to outsource one of my own games). Best of luck with the game!
