Kate Brown is the kind of inoffensive mainstream incumbent who does not lose during midterms while in the out party and in a state favorable to the minority. What was more odd was that prior polls hadn't shown this, honestly, but at least we can finally close this chapter of Atlas freaking out over someone who we all know is safe as can be.
