That's the much more believable Mason Dixon poll.

"A Florida Atlantic University poll scheduled for release Wednesday shows Republican Scott with the support of 44 percent of voters surveyed, Democrat Nelson with 34 percent, and 22 percent undecided."

Why so many FL polls in one day? Did Rick Scott request these polls to see if he should run?

Yeah, I doubt it. I also doubt Trump is only -3 here. While FAU is a great school, there polling department is god awful.

Scott has been raising money and assembling support for a run for three years. Why would he only be polling now?

One thing I found interesting was that the FAU poll had favorability numbers at

Scott: 52/34
Nelson: 40/27

while Mason-Dixon had:

Scott 42/32
Nelson 37/24

and UNF today had job approval numbers at

Scott: 63/31
Nelson: 52/20

All the polls agree this race will have two genuinely popular and (more or less) well known politicians with virtual locks on their primaries facing off. I wonder if that'll last with the amount of money that will be flying around.

Yeah, I doubt it. I also doubt Trump is only -3 here. While FAU is a great school, there polling department is god awful.

Dereich is just jealous that Lane had as many wins as his two teams combined.
