UNF isn't a great pollster, but this race is a tossup with Nelson having a slight incumbency advantage.

FL is a hive of villainy, but I think Nelson can eek out a win.

Neither is FAU. I dont think there are any good Florida based pollsters.

What is Rick Scott waiting for to enter the senate race?

Though I think Scott has a decent chance to win this senate race for the GOP : the election is still 9 months away and according to the new Morning Consult poll on America's most and least popular governors, Scott has a 58 % approval.

Out of all three Florida polls, I think the Mason-Dixon one is most beliveable.

If Scott does get in, this will be a very close race, and won't be decided by more than one or two points.

With the national climate being what it is, Nelson should overcome Scott's spending advantage...but it will be very close.

Come on, we get it. We know that, deep down, you want to have Trump's and Scott's babies. Do you really have to remind us by freaking out any time someone mentions a Democrat?

What benefit would Scott have by entering? He’s just finishing his job first. He doesn’t need to worry about fundraising. He’ll be fine.

So I guess he would enter the race after March 9 because it's the last day of Regular Session in Florida.
