The other obvious reason to schedule it for Veterans' Day is because that will be shortly after the midterms. If the Republicans retain control, you can bet this will be billed as a celebration of Trump's great victory. If they lose control, Trump at least will view it as a veiled threat to the incoming Democratic Congress.
