Rand Paul Presidential Announcement! (Louisville, Kentucky)
Hello everyone! Today I am here to spread a message of hope and prosperity for America! For too long we have seen our country ripped off time and time again! Today I have decided that I am taking a stand against the very things that have prevented America and it's people to have true prospects for the future! I will take a stand against the Washington machine that is now overburdened with bureaucrats who believe they know better than the American people! I will take a stand against the unimaginable size in which government has grown into! I will take a stand against unconstitutional foundations and uphold the precious values that our founding fathers left behind!
Right now the Republicans need a new type of republican. My fellow Americans, I am that different Republican who has a plan for America's future and to see to it that anyone regardless of their position can succeed in our society! It's the idea of the American dream and our values that have been undermined and ignored time and time again! Ladies and gentlemen it is a pleasure to announce that I will be running for President of the United States! This is more than just a campaign!
This is a movement that will be strong as the days go by! This will be a movement based on our founding principles and the policies that help to protect the freedom of the individual! Now with that being said, lets defeat the Washington machine and unleash the American dream!

Deval Patrick running for President
Boston, MA
Hello, everyone!
Recently, rumors have been going around that I will be running for this country's highest office. Well, starting tonight, they will be rumors no more. I would like to officially announce my candidacy for President of the United States!
Throughout the past seven years, we have seen one of the most successful administrations since FDR. However, Barack Obama's accomplishments been under attack since the day he took office, particularly the Affordable Care Act. Since Republicans took control of the House of Representatives in 2011, they have voted over 60 times to repeal the greatest reform American health care has ever seen. It will literally be hazardous to your health to vote Republican next November, because if they get control over both houses of Congress and the Presidency, millions could lose the health insurance they need. As governor of Massachusetts, I oversaw the implementation of a health care bill, and it worked wonders; within three years, 98% of Massachusetts citizens were insured.
My own reforms will mostly fall under three categories: education, innovation, and infrastructure. We need to give a boost to our public schools. These children are the generation that could have to pick up the pieces from ours if we don't fix problems like climate change. I strongly support and support investment in green technology. As governor, I joined a regional initiative to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Regional initiatives are a good start, but we need national reduction of emissions to save our planet.
The first thing I will advocate for as President is a bipartisan infrastructure bill. Republicans and Democrats agree that America's infrastructure needs improvements. I created the Massachusetts Department of Transportation as governor, and as president I will strengthen the federal DOT.
Thank you for your time. I enjoyed serving you as Governor, and I look forward to serving you as president!

Mark Dayton: Progressive with Results!
Minneapolis, Minnesota.
"Thank you all for coming here today. I stand before you to say that there have been a lot of people out there throwing their names around out there for President. Let me ask you something, can any of them truly claim that they have achieved progressive results despite being forecast as the bringer of the apocalypse and the destroyer of Minnesota?
As Governor, I raised taxes on the wealthy in our state by $2.1 billion and invested $900 million in public education, as well as raising our minimum wage. Republicans predicted an economic disaster. Our budget surplus is now $2 billion. Median household income in our state is now $8000 above the national average and our job growth is second in the Mideast.
Why do I say this? Because
I get results!
It's all well and good to push for these laws in the Senate-believe me, I know how hard it is, seeing as I was there once-but it is another thing altogether to enact these laws. I have, and they are working! I am a progressive with results, and it is because I want to see these policies enacted nationwide, that I am declaring my candidacy for President of the United States of America!

Sure, but let me post your endorsements next turn so that people know that you are campaigning with someone you are actually endorsed by.
Alright.

Sure! Just be Haley this turn and I will post some news about Haley dropping out next turn due to budget concerns. Post Manchin's announcement speech now and his polling will be shown next turn.

With all that campaigning, how is Chris Christie so low?
This is the first Turn, everything does not take effect until turn 2. You'll Begin to see results then.
