Fantastic timeline! What's next for you? Hopefully something just as good!

Thanks I’m glad you guys enjoyed the TL

I’m gonna take a break from TL’s (though I’ll still make updates to my mini TL) for a couple weeks than I will start on another TL .

Currently, my next timeline is going to be called a Different Republican Icon, which will be about a different Post 1960 Republican Politician who gets elected President and remains the standard bearer of Republicans and Conservatives to this day(In OTL it is Reagan, in the TL it will be another Republican).

GOLDWATER???

You'll see(wanna keep it a surprise )

Understandable but whom else could it be? as in the 1960 era, all Conservative GOPers were seen as wackos who wanted to destroy the country and Goldwater was the most prominent of them all, after Taft Sr, ofc.

will you to the modern day with it or to the end of their presidency and then do epilogues?

I’m currently thinking whether I should do it using the TL format I used with the Romney Administration in which cause I would do to the end of their presidency and then do epilogues

Or should I do it using more of  format which is similar too President Johnson’s Liberal Republic in which case I would do the TL over multiple presidencies

Or maybe do some other format

While I really like his TL I don’t wanna go that much into day to day politics like he does.

I really enjoyed it but when I say “successful” I mean finished TL. But don’t get me wrong, this was very good.

This was great! Glad to see relatively moderate Republicans taking over, and America seems pretty prosperous, so not a bad reality. Kudos on finishing this TL!

Also:

Pls no

I know you're relatively new here (so am I, compared to many other posters), but there were literally dozens of other successfully finished TLs lol. Maybe the first one you saw with your own eyes.

According to the timeline you have an awful lot of Presidents entering or leaving office at 73 or thereabouts. According to Jim Hood bio, he is elected at 66 years old, oldest Democrat since Harry Truman was elected at age 64, some 80 years. Glenn Hegar is 72 years old when he wins the presidency in 2044. Elise Stefanik according to her bio was elected to Congress in 2014, so I guess she’s been in House for 12 years before winning the New York Govenorship ten years before winning the presidency.

Yah that is true but with modern medicine, I dont think it would be much of a problem.

Michelle Rhee and Luis Fortuno are both minorities , and the 2nd term cabinet has Haley, Sandoval , and Love as well

I'm assuming Perry retired from the TX Governor's Mansion after 14 years in this TL like he did in RL on January 20th, 2015 & succeeded by Abbott ?

Hoping for a future Greg Abbott TL in the future.

I dont think I would be able to write such a TL , but maybe you could after you complete your Mark White TL

I'll be including Abbott in the MW TL down the road, might have to separate it in different chapters though once I figure out to include Bush, Jr.,

Currently focusing on MW's 3rd term at the moment..

Just a question, as it has been driving me mad but had you decided who the running mates/VPs would be in this timeline?

Who was Booker's Running Mate?  Who was Haley's Running Mate?  Who was George P Bush's RM?  How about Ojeda, Cortez-Masto, Kennedy?

Who was Stefanik's Vice President?  How about Hegar?
