Opinion of Pirates of the Caribbean movies

I've watched the first 3 movies. I liked the 1st and 2nd, but the 3rd dragged a bit. I might not watch 4 and 5 for awhile.

As someone who loves plundering booty, I'm a fan of them.

I loved the first one, was kinda meh 2-4,...less said about 5 the better.

I remember going to the first one when it came out; I was about nine or ten.  I was never a big fan of action films, but I remember being bored out of my mind by that movie.  I barely even remembered much of the plot, and my only regret is that I didn't ask to leave before it ended.  Needless to say, I haven't seen any of the sequels and don't plan to.

I honestly loved the 3rd one more than the 1st. And the best thing in the 5th one was, surprisingly, the younger cast. Johnny Depp really seemed to be phoning it in.
