Just in the NW so far.

OR-01 (my home district), OR-02, OR-03, OR-04, OR-05
WA-04 and WA-05
ID-01

Now that I think about it, I haven't been to WA-03 (Vancouver) this year which surprises me.
2016 by the way was:
CA: 1, 2, 3, 5, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17, 18, 19, 20, 24, 45, 46, 48
OR: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5
WA: 1, 3, 6, 8, 7, 9, 10

And 2015 was a lot more boring, just the standard Oregon ones and Washington's 3rd.

2018: Just OR-01 so far.

SC-03 and likely SC-04 soon, which is a ten minute walk and two minute drive away.

Well, I spent New Years Eve on a plane from Oregon's 4th, and today, I've been to CA-28, CA-33, CA-34, CA-37, CA-40, CA-43, and CA-44, plus the airport in CA-14. I expect to add 4 more CDs with a trip to OC this weekend. Beat you all.

You have an unfair advantage if you live in Chicago or LA or New York or the Bay Area, where you can cover 15 CDs just by going for an hour's drive.

If the weather wouldn't have been so bad, I would have been driving back from a trip yesterday and would have crossed at least 15-20 CDs, however, snow and ice came into play and I've only stayed in TX-03.

Not really, takes an hour just to get through San Francisco and over to the big airport (that's 3), an hour to San Jose (only goes through 1 that way).

Won't gain much without going to Sacramento.

Try again.

Oh, and I've only been to CA-13, but I'll bag a few in Texas soon once this holiday is over.

Yes it does. In the world of counting geography, mob-rule.com puts it this way for counties, and we apply it to CDs here:

As for me, I didn't leave my house yesterday as the temperature set a record for the lowest high temp on Jan 1. Since my house is only in one CD I have the following:

IL 6

Total: 1

Last year I got to a personal record of 152 CDs plus 15 ridings in Canada. I'm not expecting to match that this year, but 100 is likely again.

History: 2017-152; 2016-108; 2015-118; 2014-107; 2013-92; (2012-54; 2011-110; 2010-68 pre-remap CDs)

I went on a bit of an Ingress trip around the metro with my girlfriend New Year's Day.

MN: 2, 4, 5, 6, 8

Was also in MN-1 and 3 New Year's Eve.

Also because I stayed with her in a hotel in MN-2.

Woke up in Indianapolis, and it's been a great year since then ... wasn't even hungover. Smiley

Some notes:
- I decided to count "driven through" counties this year after reading muon's post.
- Districts I actually stopped and visited have the city I visited in bold.
- For districts I both drove through and visited, I deferred to the place I actually visited for the explanation.
- I will still include a district in the WILL VISIT SOON category if I have only driven through it and will now actually visit a city in that district.

HAVE ALREADY VISITED (In order of first visit)
Indiana
IN-7 (Downtown Indianapolis)
IN-4 (drove through via I-74)
IN-8 (drove through via (-74)

Illinois
IL-15 (drove through via I-74)
IL-13 (drove through via I-74)
IL-17 (Peoria)
IL-18 (Peoria Heights)

Iowa
IA-2 (Iowa City)

WILL VISIT SOON
Saturday 1/6: IL-13 (Champaign ... already drove through)
Thursday 2/1: FL-26 (Key Largo) ... still need to find out if I will pass through another one first!

I was so confused for a few minutes, because I didn't start this thread. Did someone delete the rest of the posts, as the top post I made in the "What congressional districts have you been in 2017" thread?
