It has to be Leia or Shmi. I give Leia the edge because she's actively trying to change the galaxy for the better, and without being a control freak.

 Anakin and Luke are too flawed, on opposite extremes, even if both get it right in the end.

Leia had her entire world destroyed... that's more than someone close to her hunted down, though she and Han were also hunted down.
Leia was betrayed by her first boyfriend on Alderaan.

I believe Shmi was the overseer of a virgin birth, implying her sinlessness. The rest have probably killed at least one person. Note, I have not seen the latest installment. The Noble Savagess it is.

All true, and yet, she still sacrificed everything for the Alliance and then the Resistance. In Episode IV, Leia is a 19-year-old Senator that has the plans to destroy the Death Star and proceeds to stand up and lie to Darth Vader in person. And of course, as already noted, her (adopted) home planet was destroyed in front of her own eyes.

Shmi, it seemed to me, gave up her child too easily.
Anakin murdered children and loads of innocents.
Luke hurt the cause by just running away and hiding after losing Ben.
Ben is just a power-hungry, family-murdering unmitigated jerk.
Leia is clearly the best of the lot.

I don't retract what I said or my vote, except to further add that Ben is still a s^%thead, now with the added bit of c^%k.

The one thing Johnson got right about Ben was his descent into villainy, and TROS reversed that.
