I recommend that the assembly pass this proposal, and allow it to go to a referendum.

Voting on this bill is now closed. The results are 2-0-1. The bill has passed and will be delivered to the Governor's office.

Btw, I also support a referendum to be held for this.

As it is a constitutional amendment it has to be voted on by the people. The Governor has already announced that it will be voted on in February.
