Absolutely. I doubt he'll run in 2020 or 2024, but he won't turn 75 until 2045. He could e.g. make a ton of money in private life from 2019 to 2025, serve as Governor of Wisconsin from 2026 to 2034, and run for president in 2036 at age 66. FDR (who wasn't Speaker, but was the 1920 Dem VP nominee) followed a similar trajectory, though at a younger age. Nixon is another example of a guy who was on the national ticket at a young age but didn't become president until awhile later.
