Speaker is a very polarizing position I don't see a Ryan presidential campaign being able to appeal to Democrat voters. He also embodies the Bush era of conservatism dominated by big money, big oil, and defense contractors that turn offs many Trump supporters. I don't see him winning a GOP primary in his "own right" which will cause problems with the far right wing of the party. Overall I don't think Ryan wants to be president anyway especially in today climate but then again he didn't want to be Speaker either. I always felt like Ryan fetishizes over the Ancien Régime of France so I don't see him running for President.
