If you could exchange the results in any two plausible states in an election, what would you pick?

2000: NV for WI

2004: NM for NH

2008: NC for MO

2012: (nothing really makes sense)

2016: AZ for NH

2000: OR and WV

2004: PA and IA

2008: FL and MO

2012: FL and NC

2016: MN and MI
