Tim Scott 224 votes, ~48%

This is what I think would happen. I was most conflicted by deciding how Florida would go, but in the end despite Sanders's socialism I think he could manage to defeat Tim Scott here (to all the people pontificating about Cubans' opinions on socialism, as one of those people I can confirm that many of the same elder Cubans who are terrified of socialism are also racist against Black people). If Scott wins Florida, the EC is much closer (285-253) but I think it would still be a Sanders victory. PA, WI, and NV are also very close. Assuming it's 2016.
I think Scott would perform better in 2020 (in a vacuum, without Trump's impact. If Trump's legacy is still around in this scenario Sanders would win big over Scott)
