Bernie will never win. He has a massive minorities problem, and it's so easy to hit him for praising Castro, communism, and the Sandinistas.
Moreover, Bernie croaks before election day, the dumb socialist that he is. Believing that 1) their messiah has ascended to the great socialist utopia in the sky and 2) the rapture is imminent, Sanderistas across the country commit suicide, being the noodleheaded socialists that they are. Tim Scott wins election by a historic margin and serves 5 terms as the 22nd Amendment is repealed in 2023.
