The Meters are a New Orleans Funk group that occasionally played as backing musicians for several other people. Two of the members were also part of the Neville Brothers. Probably the smallest name on the ballot, or at least one of them.
The Meters may back up people, but does Atlas back up The Meters?
(I wanted to get the most minor one left out of the way. A bigger name will be next)
