As a former Florida voter in Palm Beach county, this is a bunch of crap.  I talked to many of my friends throughout Palm Beach county ( Riviera Beach, Lake Worth, Wellington, Royal Palm Beach, Lantana, Boca Raton, Jupiter, West Palm Beach, and Boynton Beach) and not one had any problems voting, even though many are "minorities".  Most of them voted for Gore, and they thought the 2000 controversy was "blown-up" by the media.
