His endless appetite for, well, old-school Republicanism despite being anti-Trump is starting to get on my nerves. At some point he has to realize that a lot of what makes Trump so awful (even on a personal level) is a fulfillment of Reaganite conservatism, not a break from it. He's still a generally stand-up, affable guy, though, so I'll say he's a very soft HP.

Someone I have very strong political and aesthetic differences with, but nevertheless one of the better writers in the greater Atlas community and someone who is consistently very interesting and eye-opening to read. FF.

To be honest, I find a lot of his beliefs/political takes on here and AAD to be a bit misguided - though I I appreciate how he provides a difference of opinion from most other posters here even if I don't agree. Lean FF.
