Yep, 2017 will be a blue wave year. I'm actually predicting the Democrats will take the Virginia legislature.

I'm not saying it can't happen, but doesn't that seem highly optimistic considering Northam's likely victory is equally likely to be at least close-ish? Hardly the wave needed to dislodge some of those gerrymandered seats.
