How the heck are there apparently no undecided voters in the New Jersey race?

They pushed undecideds and didn't offer an undecided option when asking who they leaned towards, and then they just threw out all the people who said they don't plan to vote.

What about third-party voters?

Theres a green, libertarian and conservative candidate on the NJ Ballot but they have 0 name recognition and I'll be shocked if any of them get more than a couple thousand votes.
