Is anyone willing to go beyond predicting who will win and plan the campaign?
Looks like we'll have a Bush v Dean race in 2004, so assuming we do, if you were the campaign manager for either, what would you recommend as the best Tactical strategy?  Do you break the rules?  Would you campaign during your opponents convention?  Would you use a bus tours? Do you  have the Presidential and VP candidates campaign together? Whistle stop train tours?  Visit big cities? College campuses? Small cities?  Do you use Town Hall campaigns or give speeches?  Anything new?

If you’re Bush how long do you stay above the race and be “Presidential”?  Do you play the Presidential card and engage in International diplomacy?  Go to Libya? Bagdad? Israel? France? Eastern Europe? China? India? Mexico? Latin America?
