The confusing thing is that 538 has a contributor named Micah Cohen. Smiley  Anyway, I heard that the reason for no needle is that (some of?) the counties wouldn't be providing precinct-level results tonight.

I've heard reports of high turnout all over the district, both in strong Balderson and strong O'Connor areas. Given an enthusiasm gap in O'Connor's favor this may be a good sign for him, although chances are it's a wash.
