- Healthy Americans Act replaces ObamaCare
- Ryan-Wyden Medicare reform
- National VAT of 7.5%
- Federal 2015 ban on abortions after 24 weeks(Collins, Murkowski, Kirk, Hagan, Brown(MA) against; Pressler, C. Goodwin, Manchin, Donnelly, Casey, Pryor, Landrieu, Begich, Tester, Wilson, Rehberg, Berg, Allen, T. Thompson, Ayotte, Nunn,  for) with exceptions for rape, incest, life of mother, and health of mother)
- Scalia retires; replaced by Wan J. Kin(64-34)
- Kennedy retires; replaced by Roslynn Mauskopf(68-32)

- Deval Patrick(FL, NJ, PA, OH, IL, MN, TX, CA, WI, AL, MS, GA, SC, NC, VA, MD, MA, RI, CT), Hillary Clinton(NY, IA, DE), Jeff Merkley(WA, OR, VT, NH, ME, HI, AK, ID, UT, WY, MT, CO, NV, AZ, NM, ND, SD, KS, NE), Mary Landrieu(LA, OK, AR, MO, TN, KY, WV); Patrick wins the nomination, names Brian Schweitzer as his running mate

318: Mitt Romney/Paul Ryan - 50.7%
220: Deval Patrick/Brian Schweitzer - 45.9%

The Democrats probably narrowly retake the House in 2014. Romney, barring any primary challenge or serious right wing third party run, gets re elected in 2016 against Hillary Clinton. 2018 and 2020 are bloodbaths for the GOP though.

I think in 2020, Mary Landrieu, Deval Patrick, Ron Wyden, or maybe Cheri Bustos beats Paul Ryan handily.
