I'm asking mostly because I want to know if my hometown Phoenix and other cities in the metro area voted for Hillary Clinton or Donald Trump. Same thing with Reno and Sparks in Nevada.

This is an adequate website that provides precinct-level data for 2008, 2012, and 2016 presidential elections:

If you want Virginia elections, vpap.org is really good.
