The Boston Globe has a story about all the prospective 2020 candidates from Massachusetts (Warren, Patrick, Kerry, Moulton, Kennedy):

Also, Axelrod has been talking to Patrick, though he’s also close to Warren:

In other news, here’s a story on the mayors considering a presidential run, which includes a terrifying expression on de Blasio’s face:

With Greitens imploding this doesn’t make sense, MO-GOV is right there for him.

Yeah he's still quite young. He can afford to wait until he is elected to a higher office.

Maybe he's going to carpetbag to Iowa and run against Joni Ernst? She's up for re-election in 2020...

Brown had some connection to New hampshire at least
Kander has none to Iowa plus it would be hell of a uphill climb Ernst is more popular than Grassley if Kander wanted to carpet bag he would run for something in his birth state of kansas

NBC has a story about all the activity in New Hampshire.  E.g., on Merkley:

Meanwhile….shocker!….many of the candidates, including those who haven’t set foot in New Hampshire, are already trying to recruit staff and line up endorsements in the state:

Here's another soundbite from Bullock's Iowa trip, in which he's non-committal on 2020, saying simply that "2020's a long way off":

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zZmG4QGBw6Y

It's not *that* far off, governor.  Many (most?) of the candidates will probably have already formally launched their candidacies by one year from now.

Eric Swalwell was in Iowa again today, and said this on the prospect of running for president:

Here's another McAuliffe story, in which he reiterates his earlier suggestion that he won't make any 2020 decision until 2019:

Here's this week's #2020Vision column:

An interesting tidbit in there on Harris:

I think Kander is doing his best to make himself and Let America Vote indispensable assets for anyone who wants to win the Iowa caucuses in 2020. Whoever gets his nomination will have all the organization of the activists, plus the knowledge of that DMR reporter. Or Jason could just run (and win) himself. Who knows.

I really think he's too inexperienced. Being SoS of Missouri for one term is not adequate political experience for me.

May I remind you that your current president is best known for being on the receiving end of a stone cold stunner and going bankrupt? SoS of Missouri sounds almost to experienced for the US electorate.

The Rock says he won't run for president in 2020, but might do so in 2024 or 2028:

May I remind you that our current President sucks complete ass? Kander definitely has a future in the party, but the 2020 Presidential campaign is a waste of his time. He’ll have a good chance for the Governorship against Greitens in 2020 (or more likely, Lt. Gov Mike Parson).

Kander is going to throw away his political future (if he hasn't already) if he runs for President in 2020. Run against Greitens, dude, that fruit is hanging low.

In a new profile for Vogue, Bob Iger talks about how he seriously thought about running for president in 2020, but ultimately decided that he wanted to stay at Disney longer in order to oversee the prospective Fox acquisition.  Also, Oprah was ready to endorse him…
