Dropping out of Lincoln Council for a variety of reasons among them being APs coming up in real life, legislative bloc (other than the toll bill that I will finish as a citizen), weariness from the debate over the Constitution, etc. I wish the region best of luck in whatever course it takes and the new Councilors as well. The region needs to move forward and as a member of essentially the Old Guard who was opposed to attempts to reform the region, I do not believe I am the person who will move it forwards. I also need to get control of my RL life and after 2 years, it is time for me to step aside. Thank you to everyone, Feds, Labor, independents, who have supported me through this two years, even if some of us may now be on opposite sides, your support did mean a lot. Also I don't think many can say this, but this game did help me grow as a person, whether it be having comically authoritarian views called out, having to debate people of different views, or simply learning to cope with loss. It's been a long time since I first got elected to office, and while this is (probably) not a formal "Goodbye Forever," it is at least a temporary goodbye. No matter what I do, I will not deregister, I will be a zombie voter for the first time in a while. Once again, thanks everyone.

unfortunately per the Lincoln Constitution, the deadline for ballot access is 48 hours prior to the commencement of the election, which would be the morning of April 21, therefore as the Minister of Regional Elections, I am forbidden from granting ballot access.

Candidates for governor, Council and federal Senate must declare their candidacy in the appropriate thread at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start of any regularly scheduled election and at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start of any special election in order to appear on the ballot.

My platform consists in a sovereignty agreement with Atlasia, appointing Scott to Rector of St. Paul's Within the Walls, giving discovolante full control of the heathen temples in the Roman Forum (not to be confused with the Atlas Forum), and then a bunch of irrelevant irreverent stuff whose drafting I will probably outsource to Leinad or someone else with better sense of humour than I.
