Lincoln without a second thought—while to a certain degree I can understand Radical Republican frustration with Lincoln's Administration, Fremont's campaign was a puppet of anti-war Peace Democrats who wanted to negotiate a settlement with the Confederacy in the deluded belief they could trade repeal of the Emancipation Proclamation for reunion. Fremont himself was also famously incompetent: I don't trust him as commander-in-chief in the critical final days of the war. To support McClellan, of course, is unthinkable.
