I mean, most people are making fun of him through sarcastic post (You can't contain-y the Delaney!!!!) so no. What's really pathetic is Delaneys bid in the first place.
Obsessing over mocking a pathetic joke candidate is still pretty pathetic in itself. Imagine if Lincoln Chafee got as much attention as Delaney is getting now.
Chafee actually did get a fair bit of ironic support when he announced. I could definitely see it getting as big as this Delaney thing, if he had announced in Summer 2013, when Atlas didn't have anything more exciting to talk about.
